Does this sound like you?

You have the feeling that something essential is missing, perhaps even for a long time. It may be a recurring question, the sensation of an inner void, a dream never realised, or a life situation that does not suit you. Perhaps you now feel ready to give yourself permission to move towards what truly matters to you?

” Each man is questioned by life; and he can only answer to life by answering for his own life.
— Viktor Frankl

Who is coaching for?

Coaching in general is for people who have access to all their resources and wish to go further — gaining inner clarity or navigating a moment of rupture or deep questioning with greater awareness. They want to give themselves a clear ‘flight plan’ to anchor change in their lives and live more aligned with their deepest aspirations.

My coaching in particular is for those going through a profound questioning of the meaning of their lives. It finds its full expression with those who have made performance and excellence the core of their identity: executives, leaders, athletes, scientists, politicians, humanitarians, military personnel, surgeons, or those who have carried demanding and courageous projects.

This work is for you if…

  • You have important questions that come back to you regularly about the meaning of what you do, about who you truly are, and about the direction you want to give your life.
  • You may have already tried different things: books, courses, other forms of support. You have made progress, but something still resists — something deeper that you have not yet been able to reach.
  • You are at a crossroads: a professional or personal transition, a life change, a period of questioning. And you want to be certain of taking the right path.
  • You simply have the feeling that the time has come to work on yourself.
  • You have understood that change comes from within, that no one can do it in your place, and that you need, for this, a trusted partner by your side.
  • You are ready to engage in an honest and demanding process, to question yourself, to face what shapes you, and to make choices that are truly your own.

Situations that may lead to this work

  • Your activity no longer gives you what you hoped for, and you don’t yet know what you want instead.
  • You feel like you’re going in circles. Despite your efforts, you keep returning to the same patterns, the same obstacles, the same unanswered questions.
  • You aspire to a life that is simpler, truer, more aligned with who you are.
  • You are going through an important transition: reaching a long-sought goal, the end of a mandate, the end of a chapter, the dissolution of a group, deep fatigue, or injury. You sense that it is time to take stock and want to ensure that this passage unfolds with clarity and intention.
  • You have the feeling you are living the life others expect of you, but not truly your own.
  • You have time to reflect, or you want to take it, in order to find answers to your most important questions.
  • You catch yourself hesitating before a significant purchase or experience, and wonder whether that is really where the answer to what you are looking for lies.

This work may however not be for you if…

  • You are looking for a quick answer or someone to tell you what you should do. Coaching, even if it can generate changes quickly, generally takes time to bear all its fruit.
  • You still hope that change might come from outside, or that circumstances will improve on their own before you begin.
  • You do not yet feel ready to question yourself, and that is entirely understandable. Coaching requires a sincere commitment to yourself and a willingness to challenge certain deeply ingrained habits.
  • You are going through a severe psychological crisis or a condition that requires therapeutic or medical support. In that case, I will gladly refer you to the most appropriate health professional for your situation.
